This is a good reminder to me if I am interpreting it correctly. It reminds me of a quote, something like "be careful of your ideas because they become your thoughts, be careful of your thoughts because they become your words, be careful of your words because they become your actions; you." I struggle with aligning my words with my heart and my actions.
